Corcentric is a Cherry Hill, New Jersey vendor of Cor360 AP automation, source-to-pay software and managed AP and payment services, sold to US mid-market and enterprise finance teams that want the vendor to key invoices, enroll suppliers and run payments.
Independently scored, one dimension at a time. Every dimension is sourced, and we say whether a claim is published, reported, or estimated.
Corcentric's standard program pays by ACH, ACH+, virtual card, wire and check, with prepaid debit used for the American Kidney Fund, and it cites Visa and JP Morgan as partners (payments page and case study, checked 27 September 2026). StopFraud validates supplier bank details before release, and Corcentric runs continuous enrollment and says it can guarantee minimum rebates on qualified ePayments; one restaurant case study reports a 1.07 percent rebate. Payment fees, supplier acceptance costs and delivery times are not published.
Support runs by toll-free phone and email, and managed services put Corcentric teams on exceptions, supplier questions and continuous enrollment (support and payments pages, checked 27 September 2026). Capterra shows 4.6 of 5 from 13 reviews, with customer service at 4.8 (reported), and Stimson Lumber, a customer since 2012, won a 2025 Ardent Partners AP Honors award with Corcentric. No response-time commitments or support tiers are published, and the review sample is small.
Cor360 runs configurable three-way matching with customer-set tolerances and routes approvals by cost center, approval authority and high-dollar limits, flagging duplicate invoices (three-way match page, checked 27 September 2026). The company page states SOC 1 and SOC 2 attestation and a HIPAA program examined by Schellman, and StopFraud adds supplier validation, AML and sanctions screening and 3-Point Positive Pay. No 1099 or W-9 tooling appears on public pages. On Capterra, an October 2025 reviewer said duplicate invoices are not always detected, and a September 2025 reviewer said duplicates sent more than once have to be deleted by hand (reported).
The payments page says Corcentric processes over $100 billion of spend a year for 450,000 buyers and 1.4 million suppliers, and the AP page says it pays in 18 countries and 140 currencies and handles multi-entity structures (checked 27 September 2026). Customer evidence includes Southern Pipe and Supply at more than 20,000 invoices a month (Corcentric video, May 2025). Network figures differ across Corcentric pages, and the growth investment now goes to fleet and managed AR.
Corcentric publishes no implementation timeline for AP. Its teams set up digital and physical mailboxes, enroll suppliers and build ERP links through file share, cXML or a custom EAI mapping (AP page and archived ERP page from March 2023), and implementation fees apply, reduced for fleet customers who buy AP and payments together. Workato-based connectors, starting with a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations payments link, were announced as upcoming on 2 February 2026.
Corcentric calls its AP product ERP-agnostic, and an archived ERP page from March 2023 lists cXML and EAI connectors for SAP, Oracle, Sage, QAD, JD Edwards and Dynamics GP plus a documented XML interface and file transfer. That page now redirects, and no NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online or Xero integration page was found. The Workato partnership of 2 February 2026 promises a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations payments connector first, with SAP and Sage later.
In-product AI covers invoice capture that Corcentric says reaches 98 percent accuracy (vendor-claimed, 20 May 2025), GPT-based extraction in France (5 March 2024), a Teams assistant called Gopher and Corcentric Business Network agents that were with pilot customers in March 2026. Outside the product there is nothing for an agent to call: developer.corcentric.com does not resolve, the official MCP registry and GitHub show no Corcentric server, and integration runs through files, cXML, EAI and a Workato partnership announced 2 February 2026.
There is no pricing page (corcentric.com/pricing returned 404 on 27 September 2026), and Vendr and SpendHound have no Corcentric page. The only public description of the model is in Corcentric's December 2021 and July 2022 investor presentations filed with the SEC: tiered subscriptions, per-transaction fees as a percentage of volume or per electronic transaction, implementation and consulting fees per project or hourly, and evergreen contracts. Supplier acceptance costs and rebate shares are not published.
Written by the Audit Friendly research team. No vendor edits, no sponsored placement.
You are buying an outsourced AP operation with software attached. Corcentric receives invoices in managed mailboxes, converts paper at its Invoice Virtualization Center with scanning and double-blind keying, matches them in Cor360 Approval Workflow against POs and receipts, and pays suppliers through a managed payments desk that enrolls vendors, validates bank details under StopFraud and pushes them toward virtual card and enhanced ACH for rebates. Corcentric publishes no current revenue split. The most recent public figures, in a July 2022 investor presentation filed with the SEC, put payments at 55 percent, software at 27 percent and advisory at 18 percent of first quarter 2022 revenue excluding equipment sales (reported); a December 2021 filing gave 49, 31 and 20 percent for 2020. In those decks payments revenue is per-transaction fees and advisory is implementation and consulting fees, so the split does not show how much of the AP offer is delivered by staff. Audit Friendly reads the AP offer as service-led: intake keying, exception handling, supplier enrollment and payment execution are done by Corcentric staff, while approvals, matching and the supplier portal are software.
The catch is commitment. As of 27 September 2026, Corcentric's own About page says the company is channeling its experience into two areas, fleet management and managed accounts receivable, and its timeline lists a 2026 strategy refinement. AP and source-to-pay now sit under a general manager for software and payments, the ERP integration page redirects to a generic page, and English press releases on AP AI and the Avalara partnership redirect to the homepage. Fortune reported a planned sale process in August 2024. Prices are quote only, a 2021 filing describes evergreen contracts, and there is no public API or MCP server for automation.
Before signing, get in writing: a product roadmap and support commitment for Cor360 and Corcentric Payments for the full term; assignment and termination rights if the company or the AP unit is sold; every per-invoice, per-payment, managed-service and implementation fee; the rebate share on virtual card and enhanced ACH, any minimum guarantee, and what suppliers are charged to accept; which ERP connector you get (file, cXML, EAI or the Workato-based Dynamics 365 link) and who maintains it; and the export format and cost for invoices, images and audit trails at exit.
Jobs, mapped to how finance teams actually buy.
Corcentric sets up digital and physical mailboxes and converts PDF, fax, email and mailed invoices into e-invoices with scanning and double-blind keying. Suppliers keep sending invoices the way they do today. The accuracy figure is Corcentric's own and has not been independently confirmed.
Cor360 Approval Workflow matches e-invoices to POs and receipts within tolerances the customer sets and sends matches straight to the ERP. Stimson Lumber, a customer since 2012, reports processing under 3 days and 98 percent electronic invoice submission, per a Corcentric release of 28 September 2025.
The customer sends one payment file and Corcentric picks the method, executes and reconciles. The American Kidney Fund case study says two accountants now spend 30 minutes a day on a $300 million grant program. Confirm reconciliation file formats with your bank and ERP.
Corcentric enrolls suppliers into virtual card and enhanced ACH and pays a rebate on qualified ePayments, with optional minimum guarantees. The restaurant chain reports $60,000 a year from 50 enrolled suppliers. Suppliers bear card acceptance costs, so expect some to refuse.
StopFraud validates suppliers at onboarding, re-validates them continuously, screens for AML and sanctions and adds 3-Point Positive Pay on remaining checks. People review exceptions alongside the software. The prevented-fraud figure is Corcentric's own.

Here's what it really costs: published rates where a vendor lists them, aggregated quote data where they don't, plus a path to your own number.
Approval workflow, three-way match, electronic POs and the supplier portal. A 2021 SEC filing describes tiered subscription pricing under evergreen contracts.
Charged as a percentage of dollar volume or as a fee per electronic transaction, per the December 2021 SEC filing.
Corcentric staff handle exceptions, supplier enrollment, payment execution and StopFraud validation; priced in the contract.
Charged per project or hourly per the 2021 filing; reduced for fleet customers who buy AP automation and payments together.
Cash back on qualified ePayments, with optional minimum guarantees; the rate depends on supplier acceptance and your payment mix.
The About page, checked 27 September 2026, says Corcentric is channeling its experience into fleet management and managed accounts receivable, and the Our Story timeline lists a 2026 strategy refinement. Archived copies of the same page from May 2025 and March 2026 still described offerings from source-to-pay to order-to-cash to fleet management. Source-to-pay and payments now sit under a general manager for software and payments, and two English AP press releases, on Intelligent AP Automation and the Avalara partnership, redirect to the homepage. Ask for a written roadmap and support commitment for the modules you buy.
Fortune reported on 9 August 2024 that Corcentric had hired advisers and was expected to launch a sale process, citing five private equity and banking executives; Corcentric declined to comment on rumors. No deal has been announced, and Bregal Sagemount still lists Corcentric as a current holding. A June 2025 Corcentric ad aimed at AvidXchange customers says it is built for long-term partnership over exit strategies. Negotiate assignment consent and a termination right on change of control of the company or the AP business.
Corcentric's December 2021 investor presentation describes tiered subscriptions under evergreen contracts, per-transaction fees and hourly or per-project implementation fees. There is no pricing page and no Vendr or SpendHound benchmark as of 27 September 2026. Put renewal notice periods, price caps and every transaction fee into the order form.
An archived March 2023 page describes file share, cXML and custom EAI mapping over sFTP or HTTPS, with named connectors for SAP, Oracle, Sage, QAD, JD Edwards and Dynamics GP. That URL now redirects to a generic page. Prebuilt Workato connectors were announced on 2 February 2026, starting with a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations payments link, and no Workato listing was found when checked. Mid-market ERPs such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online have no integration page.
Cor360, acquired in 2010, runs US approval workflow, and its purchase order portals carry the InfoAccess name from a 2016 acquisition. The Corcentric Platform, formerly Determine, is the full source-to-pay suite, and recent Platform announcements, such as CB and Unite, are datelined Paris. The login page, checked 27 September 2026, names the Corcentric Platform in its heading but shows login tiles for three Cor360 Purchase Order portals, Cor360 Approval Workflow, Managed AR, Corcentric Payments, a support portal formerly branded Determine and a document portal formerly branded Netsend. The Corcentric Payments link opens a sign-in page at app.vendorin.com headed Citi Payment Exchange that asks for a Corcentric profile. Confirm which product, data center and support team your contract covers.
Corcentric pays buyers cash back on virtual card and enhanced ACH payments and says it can guarantee a minimum. Suppliers who accept cards pay their own acceptance costs, and Corcentric publishes neither those costs nor its share. The restaurant case study notes supplier adoption challenges even with Corcentric's enrollment team working on it. Model the rebate on suppliers who already accept cards.
Scored on what an outside agent can actually reach: the documented API, how it authenticates, and whether the vendor ships an MCP server.
Inside the product, Corcentric pairs AI capture with people. Paper and PDF invoices go through its Invoice Virtualization Center, where scanning and double-blind keying reach 99.95 percent accuracy, according to Corcentric. A 20 May 2025 release says its Intelligent AP Automation detects key invoice fields with 98 percent accuracy for clients in France and the United States, and a French release of 5 March 2024 says extraction uses OpenAI GPT models. Gopher, an assistant in Microsoft Teams, answers questions and sends reminders. In March 2026 the chief product officer wrote that Corcentric Business Network, an AI-native buyer and supplier network with agents for tasks like order acknowledgment and invoice creation, had launched with pilot customers. None of these figures has been independently confirmed.
Exists: No first-party MCP server was found. The official MCP registry returned no Corcentric, Vendorin or Determine entry on 27 September 2026, github.com/corcentric returns 404, and developer.corcentric.com, api.corcentric.com and docs.corcentric.com have no DNS records. The only MCP link is indirect: Workato, which Corcentric partnered with on 2 February 2026, markets itself on enterprise MCP, but no Corcentric connector was listed on Workato's site when checked.
Scope: No public API reference exists. An archived ERP page from March 2023 describes a native XML interface with a documented format for customer IT teams, plus file share, cXML and EAI mappings over sFTP or HTTPS, and the financial management page mentions open API integration with budget and ERP systems. That covers vendor, PO, receipt, GL and approved-invoice data moving in batches between Corcentric and the ERP, with no read or write access for an outside agent.
Turnkey: Nothing is turnkey or admin-configured for agents today. Any automation has to go through the ERP after Corcentric has posted approved invoices, or through a Workato recipe once Corcentric ships the connectors it announced.
Who wins for whom: US enterprises that want PO invoices matched within their own tolerances and routed by cost center and approval authority: Corcentric. Global shared service centers processing 50,000+ invoices a year under e-invoicing mandates in several countries: Basware. Property managers and HOA firms on Yardi, MRI or AppFolio that want approvals by property with 2 and 3-way matching: AvidXchange.
Configurable three-way match, StopFraud checks. Cor360 matches invoices to POs and receipts within customer-set tolerances, routes approvals by cost center, approval authority and high-dollar limits, flags duplicates, and Corcentric states SOC 1 and SOC 2 attestation plus StopFraud supplier validation.
Where it loses: No 1099 or W-9 tooling appears on public pages, and an October 2025 Capterra reviewer said duplicate invoices are not always detected (reported).

Certified e-invoicing across 60+ mandates. Basware is an accredited French certified platform with customers live since July 2026, says it covers 60+ country e-invoicing mandates with Peppol and VAT-compliant archiving in Vault, and offers SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports under NDA.
Where it loses: No 1099 or W-9 handling appears on basware.com, which costs it points on US tax work, and setup and later changes are billed as Professional Services on top of the subscription.

Mirrored approvals, 2 and 3-way match. AvidXchange builds workflows to mirror current approval rules, keeps audit trails in the portal, offers 2 and 3-way PO matching with supplier-level tolerances, and lists 2025 SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 reports.
Where it loses: For 1099s, public pages describe only a report of suppliers paid $600 or more, with no filing or W-9 tool, and its 10-K discloses an April 2023 breach exposing some customer bank data.

Who wins for whom: Enterprises that want to send one payment file and have a vendor team pick the method, execute and reconcile: Corcentric. Enterprises whose ERP runs payments and that want payment dates written back to AP: Basware. US mid-market teams that want suppliers paid by virtual Mastercard within one business day of approval: AvidXchange.
Managed payment runs with rebates. The customer sends one payment file and Corcentric picks the method, executes and reconciles across ACH, ACH+, virtual card, wire and check, with StopFraud bank validation, 3-Point Positive Pay and rebates on qualified ePayments.
Where it loses: Payment fees, supplier acceptance costs and delivery times are not published, and card rebates rely on suppliers paying their own acceptance costs, which some suppliers may refuse.

Hands approved invoices to the ERP. Basware moves no money: approved invoices go to the ERP for payment, a PaymentResponses API writes the payment date back, and Trustpair bank-account checks await a deal signed 26 August 2026.
Where it loses: There are no ACH, check, virtual card or cross-border payout products, so rails, FX and card rebates need another tool, and Trustpair validates accounts without paying suppliers.

Enrolls suppliers, pays card, ACH, check. The AvidPay Network pays US suppliers by virtual Mastercard within one business day of approval, AvidPay Direct ACH within three, or mailed check, while AvidXchange runs supplier enrollment and calls and buyers can earn rebates.
Where it loses: Payments are domestic in focus with no wire method listed, and suppliers pay AvidPay Direct fees, reported from 1.2 percent plus $1.00 and capped at $300.

Corcentric's About page, last modified 8 September 2026 per the site map, says the company is channeling its experience into two areas, fleet management and managed accounts receivable. The Our Story timeline, modified 15 September 2026, lists a 2026 strategy refinement. An archived copy of the About page from 8 March 2026 still named source-to-pay, order-to-cash and fleet.
In an 18 March 2026 blog post, the chief product officer wrote that Corcentric had launched the AI-native Corcentric Business Network with AI agents for pilot buyers and suppliers a few months earlier, built on a new Corcentric Agentic Platform.
Corcentric announced a Workato iPaaS partnership and said its first connector, a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations payments integration, was being prepared, with SAP and Sage planned.
Corcentric and Avalara announced an integrated offering for e-invoicing mandates, citing more than 60 countries with enacted or announced mandates; no availability date was given.
Corcentric and Stimson Lumber won the 2025 Best Technology Partnership award; Stimson reports under 3-day processing and 98 percent electronic invoices.
Corcentric said it was extending AI invoice processing across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash clients, claiming 98 percent accuracy on key invoice fields.
There is no public price. Corcentric sells by quote, corcentric.com/pricing returns 404, and Vendr and SpendHound have no Corcentric page as of 27 September 2026.
The last public description of the model, in Corcentric's July 2022 investor presentation filed with the SEC, repeats the December 2021 version: tiered subscriptions under evergreen contracts, per-transaction fees as a percentage of volume or per electronic transaction, and implementation and consulting fees per project or hourly. Managed AP and managed payments services are priced in the contract, so ask whether they appear as separate line items. Virtual card and enhanced ACH rebates can offset part of the cost; one case study reports 1.07 percent on payments.
Corcentric's legal page says services are governed by the written agreement you sign, so terms are negotiated. Its 2021 investor presentation describes evergreen contracts, so check auto-renewal and notice periods.
The user terms say customer data belongs to the customer. Ask for export of invoices, images, approval audit trails and payment records in a named format, the cost of that export, and how long data is kept after termination. Given the reported 2024 sale process, also negotiate assignment and change-of-control rights.
Corcentric publishes no timeline for AP. Its teams set up mailboxes, convert paper invoices, enroll suppliers and build the ERP link, and implementation fees apply.
Your IT team or an integrator still maps vendor, PO, receipt and GL data through file share, cXML or custom EAI. Prebuilt Workato connectors, starting with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for payments, were announced as upcoming on 2 February 2026. Ask for a dated project plan in the statement of work.
Not directly. As of 27 September 2026 there is no first-party MCP server, no public API reference and no developer portal, and the official MCP registry has no Corcentric entry.
An agent can work on Corcentric data once approved invoices and payment files reach your ERP, or on report exports. Corcentric's own AI, including capture, the Gopher assistant in Teams and Corcentric Business Network agents in pilot, runs inside its products.
