Yooz is a French cloud AP and purchase-to-pay platform for small and mid-market finance teams in France and the US, covering invoice capture, approvals, PO matching, fraud checks, French e-invoicing as a registered approved platform, and partner-run supplier payments.
Independently scored, one dimension at a time. Every dimension is sourced, and we say whether a claim is published, reported, or estimated.
Yooz claims 250+ connectors. Its infographics document two-way API sync for NetSuite (Built for NetSuite, REST and SOAP, classes, custom segments, POs), QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct (closes POs, marks invoices paid), Business Central, Acumatica and Xero, plus Sage, Cegid and Pennylane in France. SAP ECC runs through a Yooz interface to the FI module, and sync frequency is not published.
Yooz PDP appears on the DGFiP list of approved platforms with a registration date of 11 December 2025 (list updated 22 September 2026), and Yooz says it is a certified Peppol access point with Veri*Factu and SdI support for Spain and Italy. The security page names ISO 27001 and SOC 1 Type 2; the French page scopes ISO 27001 to the Yooz PDP subsidiary, and no SOC 2 report is named. Duplicate checks, configurable approval routes, a 10-year archive and line-level PO matching are documented; no 1099 or W-9 tooling was found (checked 27 September 2026).
Yooz's help center (updated 22 July 2026) puts services at half a day to 2 or 3 days for an invoice-only project on a well-known ERP, and 5 to 15 days for full purchase-to-pay with custom connectors. A 15-day trial runs in production and the US Gold Edition includes 4 hours of onboarding service. On-premise ERPs connect by flat files or SFTP, and no sandbox environment is named.
The US support page promises a named CSM, implementation project manager and support specialist at no extra cost and claims 98 percent satisfaction. The French page cites 40 support consultants for 7,000 customers, a 2h30 pickup time and 7h resolution (vendor). The RFP.wiki aggregator reports a G2 rating of 4.4 from 347 reviews, from data it says was updated about four months before 27 September 2026; G2 and Capterra blocked direct access that day, so the rating could not be checked at the source.
Yooz reports 7,000+ customers, 600,000 users and 50+ countries (release, 2 September 2026), and prices with unlimited users and entities. Its Blue Water story describes 106 entities and 4,000 to 5,000 invoices a month (vendor, 24 June 2026). The ceiling shows elsewhere: capture reads Latin-script invoices only, European payments are euro SEPA only, and published references stay in the mid-market.
In the US, REPAY's payment technology is embedded in Yooz (announced 7 October 2025) for ACH, check and virtual cards with cashback, marketed as YoozPay. In France, YoozPay launched on 14 April 2026 for single, batch or urgent euro SEPA payments from a wallet; the YoozPay page does not name its payment partner, and Audit Friendly infers it is Swan because Yooz is registered as a Swan payment intermediary. No cross-border or FX rail and no fee schedule is published (checked 27 September 2026).
France lists Business Edition from 99 euros and the UK from 129 pounds, and the help center says price follows documents processed with unlimited users and entities. The US page shows only a Gold Edition priced by document volume, with no figure. Payment fees, the YoozProtect+ add-on and implementation days are quoted, and no Vendr or SpendHound benchmark exists (checked 27 September 2026).
In-product AI covers template-free capture (the vendor claims 80 percent of invoices come out complete), AI line-level PO matching released 7 April 2026, GL allocation suggestions and document-forgery checks. Outside the product, the Yooz Rising Public API uses OAuth 2.0 on the eu1 and us1 production hosts, but public help articles document sign-in only, with no endpoint reference. No MCP server exists in the official registry or on Yooz hosts (checked 27 September 2026); AI agents are only named as a future direction.
Written by the Audit Friendly research team. No vendor edits, no sponsored placement.
You are buying a cloud AP and purchase-to-pay suite built for small and mid-market teams. Yooz reads invoices without templates, routes approvals through a no-code workflow engine, matches invoices to POs line by line (since April 2026), checks for duplicates and doctored documents, and archives invoices for 10 years. For French companies the headline is compliance: its subsidiary Yooz PDP is on the tax authority's list of approved platforms, which matters because every French business must be able to receive e-invoices through such a platform from 1 September 2026, large and mid-sized companies must also issue them from that date, and SMEs and micro-businesses must issue them from 1 September 2027 (impots.gouv.fr, checked 27 September 2026). Pricing follows document volume with unlimited users and entities. Yooz reports 7,000+ customers, and the French registry shows 2024 revenue of 47.3 million euros.
The catch sits in the US and in the plumbing. The US pricing page shows no dollar figure, while France and the UK publish entry prices. Payments run on partners (REPAY in the US; in Europe, a wallet from a payment partner the YoozPay page does not name, which Audit Friendly infers is Swan because Yooz is registered as a Swan payment intermediary), payment fees are unpublished, and the French YoozPay launch only came in April 2026. The security page names ISO 27001 and SOC 1 Type 2, with no SOC 2 report, and the French page scopes the ISO certificate to the Yooz PDP subsidiary. The public API is documented only for sign-in, and there is no MCP server. Recognition rates are vendor claims.
Before signing, get in writing: the monthly document band and overage price, and which documents count (POs created in Yooz do); the number of implementation service days; per-rail payment fees and the virtual card cashback share; which SOC report you will receive and its scope; where US customer data is hosted, since Yooz pages disagree; the API endpoint list and whether it allows writes; and the exit terms, including export of originals with CSV indexes and access to the legal archive after you leave.
Jobs, mapped to how finance teams actually buy.
Yooz PDP holds final registration on the DGFiP list, and Yooz registers each entity in the state directory once the customer signs a designation form. Incoming invoices then land in the same Yooz workspace that runs approvals and export to the ERP.
Yooz's June 2026 story on Blue Water Development describes 106 entities and 4,000 to 5,000 invoices a month, routed by property, entity, vendor type, amount and GL code. Users and entities are unlimited, so cost follows document volume.
AI line-level matching reached all clients on 7 April 2026 and flags quantity, price and item mismatches with configurable tolerances and routing. The reduction figure is Yooz's own claim from its PO matching page.
Yooz Vendor Statements ingests multi-format statements, matches lines to invoices, credit notes and payments, and flags discrepancies. It suits teams whose suppliers send monthly statements, a task many AP tools leave to Excel.
The firm version of Business Edition lets an accounting firm offer clients invoice sending and receiving, purchase approvals and integrated payment under one package. Pricing for this version is quote only.
YoozProtect examines pixel-level edits, file metadata and hidden PDF layers, alerts on changed bank details and atypical amounts, and logs findings in the audit trail. In France the advanced checks sit in the YoozProtect+ add-on.
Forget the 40-row feature grid. Pick a finance workflow and see how this tool and its closest peers actually do it, with our verdict on who wins for whom.
Here's what it really costs: published rates where a vendor lists them, aggregated quote data where they don't, plus a path to your own number.
Priced by documents processed with unlimited users and entities; the page headline promises an all-inclusive monthly subscription, but no period or VAT note sits beside the price.
Packaged for accounting firms that run AP and e-invoicing for their clients.
Priced by documents processed with unlimited users; the period is not stated beside the price.
Priced by documents processed with unlimited users; includes 4 hours of onboarding service.
Consulting, configuration and training billed per project; the day counts are Yooz estimates.
Add-on for AI forgery detection, legal archiving with a server seal and timestamps.
ACH, check, eCheck and virtual card in the US; euro SEPA transfers in Europe. Per-payment fees and cashback share are not published.
Runs in a production environment with no commitment; offered on the US, UK, French and Spanish pages.
Chat, email and phone support and updates are part of the subscription, per the help center.
The French page lists Business Edition from 99 euros and the UK page from 129 pounds, but the US page shows only a Gold Edition priced by document volume (checked 27 September 2026). The US savings calculator's $1.99 an invoice at 100 invoices a month is labeled the average cost of an industry AP automation solution, not a Yooz price, so it says nothing firm about what Yooz charges. Ask for the written band price and the overage rate.
A help center article dated 11 July 2024 says Yooz counts every document created or imported in the month, including invoices and POs. Only purchase requests, POs imported from the ERP, documents deleted in the same month and add-on attachments are excluded. Teams moving purchasing into Yooz should size the band for POs as well as invoices.
REPAY's vendor payment technology is embedded in Yooz for US ACH, check and virtual card payments (announced 7 October 2025), and Yooz markets US payments under the YoozPay name. YoozPay in France launched on 14 April 2026 and covers euro SEPA payments from a wallet run by a payment partner the YoozPay page does not name; Yooz SAS is registered with ORIAS as a Swan payment intermediary, so Audit Friendly infers the partner is Swan. No cross-border rail, FX pricing or fee schedule is published (checked 27 September 2026).
The US security page names ISO 27001 and SOC 1 Type 2 and says client data sits in Microsoft Azure data centers in Europe, while help articles from 2020 and 2022 say US data is stored in US data centers. The French page scopes ISO 27001 to the Yooz PDP subsidiary. Ask for the current SOC 1 report, whether a SOC 2 exists, and the hosting region in the contract (checked 27 September 2026).
Three help articles from December 2025 and January 2026 explain OAuth 2.0 access to the Yooz Rising Public API on the eu1 and us1 production hosts. None lists endpoints, scopes or a sandbox, and the only coverage statement dates from July 2020. Budget for custom work and ask Yooz for the full API reference before promising any automation.
Scored on what an outside agent can actually reach: the documented API, how it authenticates, and whether the vendor ships an MCP server.
Inside the product, Yooz reads the full text of each invoice with no zoning or supplier templates, and the help center says it deliberately switched off position-based self-learning. Yooz claims character recognition above 99.8 percent, field recognition above 95 percent and 80 percent of invoices captured complete; treat all three as vendor claims. AI line-level PO matching reached all clients on 7 April 2026, and YoozProtect checks images, metadata and PDF layers for tampering, with IBAN and atypical amount alerts.
Exists: No first-party MCP server. The official MCP registry returned no Yooz server, getyooz.com/mcp and the eu1 and us1 app hosts returned 404 for /mcp, and github.com/Yooz belongs to an unrelated person (checked 27 September 2026). No community server was found.
Scope: The Yooz Rising Public API runs on the production hosts eu1.getyooz.com and us1.getyooz.com behind OAuth 2.0. A customer token inherits the signed-in user's permissions, and partners use client credentials only after each customer's admin authorizes them. The only public description of coverage, a July 2020 help article, says the APIs exchange images, data, repositories and users. No endpoint reference or sandbox host is published, so read versus write coverage is unconfirmed.
Turnkey: No. An admin must grant the Authorized for YOOZ API role or create an OAuth client with redirect URIs, and any agent would need custom code against endpoints Yooz shares privately. Yooz lists AI agents only as a future direction in its 2 September 2026 release.
Who wins for whom: French companies that must receive e-invoices through a DGFiP-approved platform alongside AP approvals and line-level PO matching: Yooz. Teams whose auditors want every field change logged with before and after values: Stampli. Mid-market groups on Dynamics 365 or NetSuite that want four-eyes approvals and fraud checks inline: Medius.
Approved French platform, line-level matching. Yooz PDP is on the DGFiP list of approved platforms (registered 11 December 2025), Yooz says it is a certified Peppol access point, and AI line-level PO matching flags quantity, price and item mismatches with configurable tolerances.
Where it loses: The security page names SOC 1 Type 2 but no SOC 2 report, the French page scopes ISO 27001 to the Yooz PDP subsidiary, and no 1099 or W-9 tooling was found.

Line-level matching, logged approvals. Stampli matches invoices to POs and receipts 2 and 3-way at line level, logs every approval, message and field change with before and after values, and holds SOC 1, 2 and 3 plus PCI DSS.
Where it loses: 1099 filing stays in the ERP and Stampli publishes no e-invoicing support such as PEPPOL, so teams with EU entities or heavy 1099 volume need another tool for those steps.

Multi-way matching, Peppol, French PA. Medius runs multi-way matching against POs, goods receipts and contracts with segregation of duties and a four-eyes option, flags duplicates and bank-detail changes, and is a Peppol access point certified as a French PA in January 2026.
Where it loses: The Payments FAQ says the customer is always responsible for 1099 filings, and Fraud & Risk Detection ships only in AP 360, with both packages quote only.

Who wins for whom: French teams that want single, batch or urgent euro SEPA payments sent from a YoozPay wallet: Yooz. Teams paying suppliers in 100+ countries with target FX rates: Stampli. Groups paying by SEPA, BACS, CHAPS or ACH from their own bank accounts inside the approval flow: Medius.
US REPAY rails, French SEPA wallet. In the US, REPAY's payment technology embedded in Yooz sends ACH, check and virtual card payments with cashback, while YoozPay in France has sent single, batch or urgent euro SEPA payments from a wallet since 14 April 2026.
Where it loses: No cross-border or FX rail and no fee schedule are published, the cashback share is undisclosed, and the French wallet's payment partner is unnamed on the YoozPay page.

Direct Pay from your own account. Direct Pay sends ACH, check, virtual card and international payments to 100+ countries with target FX rates from the customer's own account, behind a separate payment approval, and virtual cards earn up to 1 percent cashback.
Where it loses: Direct Pay fees sit in an order form with no published FX markup, Stampli can raise them on 14 days notice, and international wires take 4 to 5 business days.
Source: AF score rationale: Payments & money movement 72; Stampli pricing tiers and watch-outs.

Payments add-on, your own accounts. Medius Payments, a paid add-on launched 24 June 2025, runs ACH, check, wire and US virtual cards plus SEPA, BACS, CHAPS and BankGiro through Nomentia, all from the customer's own bank accounts.
Where it loses: Per-rail fees are unpublished, the US card rebate is variable and not guaranteed under the May 2026 addendum, and Medius's two card pages disagree on expense card currencies.
Source: AF score rationale: Payments & money movement 71; Medius pricing tiers and watch-outs.

Yooz announced payment remittance through YoozPay and warranty payment support in its Procede Excede integration, targeted for Procede's Version 1.1 in Q4 2026.
Yooz reported 7,000+ customers, 600,000 users and record document and payment volume in June 2026. It listed vendor onboarding, AI agents, expense management and spend intelligence as planned areas.
Yooz added single, batch and urgent supplier payments inside its purchase-to-pay flow for euro SEPA transfers, with payment status fed to the e-invoicing lifecycle.
Yooz released AI matching of invoice lines to multi-page PO lines, available to all clients from 7 April 2026, with discrepancy routing and one-click exception handling.
Yooz announced final DGFiP registration as an approved platform, following provisional registration on 2 September 2024, which lets it exchange invoices with the public portal and other platforms.
REPAY (NASDAQ: RPAY) announced its vendor payment technology is embedded in Yooz, moving US customers from paper checks to ACH and virtual cards.
It depends on region and monthly document volume. In France, Business Edition starts at 99 euros; in the UK it starts at 129 pounds; neither figure carries a billing period or VAT note, and in the US the Gold Edition is quote only (pricing pages, checked 27 September 2026). Users and entities are unlimited, so the price follows documents processed.
The French calculator implies a falling per-invoice curve, from 0.998 euros at 100 invoices a month to 0.23 euros at 100,000, though it footnotes the figures as estimates based on average market solution costs and says they have no contractual value. The US calculator's $1.99 to $1.00 curve is labeled the average cost of an industry AP automation solution, not a Yooz price, so ask Yooz for a written quote and budget separately for implementation days and payment fees.
Yooz does not publish its subscription terms, so renewal length, notice period and price increase caps must come from the order form. The help center says billing can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, and the plan can change with volume or users.
On exit, Yooz returns original invoice images with their indexes in CSV format and says this can be requested at any time during the contract. Invoices stay online for 10 years, and French customers who leave keep access to the YoozProtect legal archive through a separate web interface.
Yooz estimates half a day to 2 or 3 days of services for an invoice-only project on a well-known ERP, and 5 to 15 days for full purchase-to-pay with custom connectors (help center, updated 22 July 2026). A 15-day trial runs in production.
US customers get a named CSM, implementation project manager and support specialist at no extra cost, and the US Gold Edition includes 4 hours of onboarding service. Your team owns approval rules and ERP access; resellers such as BAASS or Accordant handle some Sage and Acumatica rollouts.
Not in a meaningful way today. Yooz has no MCP server, first-party or community, in the official registry or on its hosts (checked 27 September 2026).
There is a public API on the eu1 and us1 production hosts with OAuth 2.0 sign-in, and a token inherits the signed-in user's permissions. The public docs stop at authentication, so an agent that codes, approves or pays invoices would need a custom build on an endpoint list Yooz shares privately.
